Join PACFA to learn more about the rise of donor-advised funds, legislation advanced by critics of DAFs, and how DAFs create challenges and opportunities for community foundations.

Jeff Hamond, a former top advisor to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and the coordinator for the Community Foundation Public Awareness Initiative, will discuss the strategic options community foundations face, the pros and cons of different approaches, and the various proposals to regulate DAFs. He will also discuss other charitable tax policy and the potential effects on our field.
