PACFA Conference 2023 - Call for Sessions

Members of The Pennsylvania Community Foundation Association (PACFA), and their colleagues, are invited to submit proposals for our 2023 Fall Conference, September 26th and 27th in-person in State College, PA.  

Our conference theme is Leading Together as PACFA members are individually, and collectively, leading the Commonwealth and their home communities toward a brighter future. 

We are seeking proposals for nine different interactive and dynamic sessions of 1:15 minutes each.  

We are also looking for volunteers to host up to 10 different 1:15 minute roundtable discussions on topics of interest. Roundtable topics may also focus on the type of community foundation (size, geography, population base, asset composition, etc.). 

When reviewing session and roundtable proposals, we will strive to create a conference that touches all aspects of our work. Finance, donor development/stewardship, marketing, special events, scholarships, grantmaking, investments, fees, convening, DEI and community leadership are just some examples. Bonus points if the proposal fits with our Leading Together conference theme.
